Salsa Dance lessons

Dance is a leveler of age and boundaries that seem to restict people out side of the Dance floor, Nobody seems to mind if you are 18 or 80; the fun fuelled and relaxed atmosphere is also great Exercise of which induces friendship and a great way to relieve the pressures of daily life. You needn’t be put off if you don’t have a partner, or have two left feet, or have never. danced a step before, just come along to the Bagley, Sports and Social Club where you will find that our motto of "Strangers quickly become friends" will be the theme throughout your experience.

Salsa is not a discipline

It's a social dance influenced by many different communities around from the Caribbean to European therefore it doesn't matter if you think you can't dance because anyone can learn to shake and let go. You can pick up the basic salsa moves quite quickly and be on the dance floor after just a few hours. As soon as you start, you will be hooked!
