Part 1: Introduction to Salsa

Part 2: Partner Connection and Leading / Following

  • Learning basic leading and following techniques.
  • Practicing partner connection exercises.

Part 3: Basic Turns and Spins

  • Introduction to basic turns and spins in salsa.
  • Learning the right technique for executing turns.
  • Practicing turns with a partner.
  • Incorporating turns into basic salsa patterns.

Part 4: Cross Body Lead and Open Break

  • Introduction to the cross body lead and open break.
  • Understanding the timing and footwork for these moves.
  • Practicing cross body lead and open break variations.
  • Incorporating cross body lead and open break into partner work.
